▫️ایران زمانی بزرگ‌ترین و پیشرفته‌ترین شهرک‌های مسکونی در خاورمیانه را می‌ساخت و اکنون جای تأسف دارد که چین برای ایران مسکن یا استادیوم ورزشی بسازد؛ آن‌هم در شرایطی که کشور گرفتار ناترازی انرژی است و احداث نیروگاه از سوی چینی‌ها کمک مهم‌تری برای زیرساخت‌های اقتصاد کشور است؛ اما به نظر می‌آید که برخی در دولت علاقه‌مندند سازه‌های قابل نمایش در نگاه عموم مثل استادیوم و مسکن را به زیرساخت‌های حیاتی اقتصاد کشور ترجیح دهند.

Spiking bond yields driving sharp losses in tech stocks
